How to Use

Fully charge, clean and dry Citrie before first use.
Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant if desired.
Press the power button to switch the product on.
Place the suction opening flat against the intended external area.
Begin with a lower setting.
Use the product controls to cycle through the suction and vibration settings.
Gently release the suction seal before moving or removing the product.
Switch the product off after use.

Charging

Switch off and dry the product completely before charging.
Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the product.
Connect the cable to a compatible USB power source.
Charge on a hard, flat and dry surface.
Keep away from water, heat and flammable materials while charging.
Do not use while charging.
Do not leave charging unattended or overnight.
Disconnect the cable when charging is complete.
Stop charging if the product becomes unusually hot, swollen or damaged.
A USB power adapter is not included.

Cleaning and Care

Clean the product body before and after every use.
Wash with warm water and mild, unscented soap or a compatible toy cleaner.
The product body is waterproof.
The charging cable is not waterproof and must be kept dry.
Do not use abrasive, alcohol-based, oil-based or bleach-based cleaners.
Do not boil, steam-clean or place in a dishwasher.
Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before charging or storing.
Keep the charging area clean and completely dry.
Store separately in a clean, cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do not use if the surface or charging components are damaged.
Use externally only and do not insert into any body opening.
Do not use on broken, inflamed or irritated skin.
Do not leave suction on the same area for an extended period.

Do not use while the product is charging.
Do not open, crush, puncture, modify or attempt to repair the product.
Keep away from fire and extreme heat.

Disposal

This product contains a built-in rechargeable battery.
Do not dispose of the product with household waste or in a fire.
Do not attempt to remove the battery.
The crossed-out wheelie-bin symbol means separate collection is required.
Take the complete product to an appropriate electrical recycling point.

Returns & Faulty Items

For eligible online orders, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to cancel your purchase. Because some OHVAL products are intimate or hygiene-sensitive items, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return once the product's hygiene seal or sealed packaging has been removed, broken or opened.
