14-day cooling-off period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you receive it, and you then have another 14 days to send the goods back.
Hygiene seal exception
For intimate products this right only applies while the hygiene seal is intact. Once a sealed product is opened it can no longer be returned, unless it is faulty. Apparel may be returned if unworn with labels attached.
How to return
Write to us via the contact page with your order number (OHVAL-XXXXXXXX) before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive the goods (or proof of postage) we refund the price and standard outbound delivery to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us — you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we cover return postage.
