Who we are
OHVAL operates this site and its online shop from the United Kingdom. This policy explains what we do with your information when you browse, create an account or place an order.
What we collect
Account details (your email address and, if you add them, phone number, nickname, avatar and gender), order and delivery details, and messages you send us. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
How we use it
To sign you in (verification codes), fulfil and deliver orders, show your order history and membership status, and answer your messages. We do not send marketing emails without your consent, and we never sell your data.
Cookies & local storage
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and the browser’s local storage for your cart, language, theme and age confirmation. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we share with
Stripe (payments), our email provider (verification codes and order emails), our hosting provider, and fal.ai, which runs the AI try-on generation. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Your account until you delete it; order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can delete your account at any time under Account → Security — your personal details are removed immediately.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and complain to the ICO. Write to us via the contact page and we will respond within one month.
AI try-on
Photos you upload are passed straight to the generation service (Kling, run on fal.ai) and are not stored on our servers. The link to the generated image is kept in our job records so we can investigate problems. To prevent abuse we log the requesting IP address and allow five try-ons per address per day.
