01About these terms and age requirement

By using this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. OHVAL is for adults aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 to purchase products or use adult-related features such as AI Try-On.

02Product information, prices and payment

We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, images, measurements, materials, prices and availability accurate. Reasonable variations in colour or detail may occur because of screens, production batches or handmade finishes.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total price payable for the products; no additional taxes are added at checkout. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout; OHVAL does not receive or store your full card details.

03Orders and formation of the contract

Submitting an order is an offer to buy from OHVAL. A sales contract is formed only after payment has been successful and OHVAL sends you an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, cannot be delivered, contains an obvious pricing or information error, or is reasonably flagged by security or anti-fraud checks.

04Delivery

We currently use Royal Mail to deliver to valid UK postal addresses across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Available services, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; some remote areas may take longer. Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will deliver within 30 days after the contract is formed.

05Cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges

Your cancellation, return, refund and exchange rights are set out in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. Where sealed goods are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, the ordinary change-of-mind cancellation right may no longer apply once the relevant hygiene seal has been broken after delivery.

Nothing in these terms or our hygiene-seal policy affects your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

06Product use, safety and medical information

Please follow the product page, packaging and manual for use, cleaning, charging, storage and safety warnings, including material information. If you have an allergy or sensitivity to a material, check the product information before purchase or use.

Product descriptions and website content are provided for general product and lifestyle information only and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if you have a health concern.

07AI Try-On

AI Try-On is an optional feature on selected products. Generated images are for visual reference only and do not guarantee actual fit, sizing, colour, proportions or appearance. Only upload an image of yourself, or an image you have the right and permission to use, and never upload an image of anyone under 18.

Photos and generated data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You must not use AI Try-On to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing or otherwise inappropriate content, or attempt to bypass usage limits.

08Accounts and acceptable website use

If you create an account, keep your information accurate and your login details secure. You must not use the site for unlawful activity, fraud, malicious access, interference with the service, malware, unauthorised data scraping or infringement of another person’s rights. We may reasonably restrict or suspend accounts that misuse the site or breach these terms.

09Intellectual property

The OHVAL name and logo, website text, graphics, photography, layout and other brand content are owned by or licensed to CIRCLE ON WATER LTD / OHVAL. You may not copy, modify, sell, publicly distribute or commercially exploit them without permission.

10Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. For consumers, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or events outside our reasonable control.

The website and products are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

11Changes, governing law and complaints

We may update these terms when our website, business arrangements or legal requirements change. Orders will normally be governed by the version in force when you placed the order.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain any mandatory local consumer protections and may bring proceedings in the courts with jurisdiction where you live.
