General Care & Storage
Before First Use
Read the product instructions and inspect your product before first use. Where the product is suitable for cleaning, clean it according to its material and product-specific instructions, and allow it to dry completely before use. Do not use the product if you notice damage, cracks, significant changes in shape or any other visible defect.
Cleaning & Care
Where applicable, clean your product before and after use using only cleaning methods and products suitable for its material. For washable products, warm water and a mild, unscented cleanser may be used where appropriate. Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach or other chemicals that may damage the product surface. Allow the product to air-dry completely before storing.
Lubricant
Where lubricant is required, a water-based lubricant is generally recommended. Some silicone-based lubricants may affect the surface of certain silicone products. Always check the product-specific instructions first. If you are unsure, test a small amount on an inconspicuous area before use.
Storage
Make sure the product is completely clean and dry before storing. Keep it in a clean, dry and cool place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture. Where possible, store products made from different materials separately to avoid prolonged direct contact. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Rechargeable Products
Use only the charging method supplied with or compatible with your product, and follow the product-specific charging instructions. Make sure the product and charging connection are dry before charging. Unless the product instructions specifically state otherwise, keep charging cables, connectors and other charging components away from water. Do not charge or use the product if the product or charging components are visibly damaged. Disconnect the product once charging is complete.
When to Stop Using
Stop using the product if you notice damage, cracks, significant deformation, material deterioration, unusual heat, unusual odours or any other abnormal condition. If you experience persistent discomfort, pain or irritation during use, stop using the product immediately.
Safety
- For adults aged 18 and over only. Read the product-specific instructions before use and inspect the product before each use.
- Do not use the product if it is damaged, cracked, significantly deformed or otherwise appears unsafe. Stop use immediately if you experience pain, persistent irritation, numbness or other significant discomfort.
- If sharing a product, use a new condom where appropriate or clean the product thoroughly between users.
- This product is not a medical device and does not provide contraception.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- If discomfort persists or causes concern, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.
Returns & Faulty Items
For eligible online orders, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to cancel your purchase. Because some OHVAL products are intimate or hygiene-sensitive items, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return once the product's hygiene seal or sealed packaging has been removed, broken or opened. If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, is not as described or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. Hygiene restrictions do not affect your statutory consumer rights. Before returning an item, have your order number ready and contact us so we can confirm the return address and next steps.
