Care that applies to everything
Before the first use
Wash with warm water and a mild, unscented soap, then let it dry fully in the open air. Everything ships clean, but a rinse is a good habit.
Cleaning
Warm water and mild soap after every use. Never boil, never put it in a dishwasher, and keep water away from any charging port.
Lubricant
Use water-based lubricant. Silicone lubricant can slowly damage silicone surfaces, and oil-based products break down body-safe materials.
Storing it
Dry completely first, then keep it in its own pouch, away from direct sunlight and away from other silicone items so surfaces do not react.
Charging
Use the cable that came in the box. Charge somewhere dry, and unplug once it is full rather than leaving it on the cable for days.
When to stop using it
If the surface tears, splits or turns sticky, stop using it. Damaged material cannot be cleaned properly. Get in touch and we will sort it out.
Safety
- For adults 18 and over.
- Not a medical device, and not a contraceptive.
- Stop if you feel pain, irritation or numbness.
- Do not share without a new condom or a full clean between users.
- Keep away from children and pets.
- If something feels wrong and does not settle, speak to a doctor.
Warranty and returns
Two years on manufacturing faults, from the date you received it. For hygiene reasons an opened item cannot be returned unless it is faulty — unopened orders can be returned within 14 days. Keep your order number and email us.
